Bidder Registration

There is a $100 bidder registration fee that will be applied toward your first vehicle purchase.This includes admission for you and a guest for all days of the auction.


We require either a $4,000 cash or cashier's check deposit, a $5,000 authorization hold on a credit card, or an approved bank letter of guarantee from your bank (see sample below).

Dealers: An Auction Access Card can be used in place of a deposit.


There is an 8% buyer's premium on vehicle purchases and a 10% buyer's premium on memorabilia purchases.

Payment Options

Payment must be made in full by 3:00pm on the first banking day following the auction. Options for payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, 

JJ Best, or check with an approved bank letter of guarantee (see sample below).

Items We Will Need

For your registration we will need a copy of your driver's license, a copy of your current auto insurance, and a clear photo of you.

Dealers: We will need a copy of your current dealer's license.
